Tractor driven Chaff cutter machine complete with M.S. Plate wheel fitted with 4 Steel blades, Large feeding tray, Feeding rollers, Complete ball bearings. Machine fitted on two pneumatic wheels. Machine to be run by P.T.O. shaft of tractor. Grinder & Re-grinding attachment. Having Machine level & High level blower arrangement.
'SARDAR' Extra Heavy Duty Chaff Cutter mounted on pneumatic type can be hauled to site and driven by any make of tractor having 500 to 1000 R.P.M. of P.T.O. shaft. Kindly mention the make of tractor, Horse power & R.P.M. of P.T.O. Attaching to and detaching from the tractor is a matter of minutes.
All steel body of the machine fitted on sturdy channel frame with thick steel plate wheel, balanced and carrying special steel knives, makes the machine very durable.
Machine cut steel gears running in enclosed oil chamber with all axles and shaft fitted with ball bearings makes the machine run very smooth and trouble free.
Feeding of chaff is through extra wide and long m.s. sheet feeding channel. Clean cut, granules like fodder is blower out by a strong blower arrangement and can be directly collected into the godown thus saving much labour.
For the safety of operator and the machine, feeding can be instantly stopped or reversed as required with out stopping the machine. The plate wheel carrying the knives and other moving parts are fully covered for safety.
Arrangement to regrind the cutting knives, when they get blunt, is provided with the machine at No-Extra cost. The regrinding knives is carried out while the plate wheel remains stationery thus avoiding unnecessary wear & tear of the machine.
